We are delighted to invite you to the upcoming IQ-Digits webinar, titled “How to Integrate Micro-Credentials and Digital Certification Systems into the Regular Work of Training Providers”. This event will provide valuable insights and practical guidance on the adoption and implementation of micro-credentials and digital certification systems in vocational education and training (VET) and adult education (AE).
This event is organised within the framework of the Erasmus+ project IQ-DigitS (Interoperability of Qualifications by building Sustainable Digital credentials Infrastructure), which aims at contributing to the quality assurance in VET and AE, by adapting training providers to the sustainable model of certification based on micro-credentials and introducing a digital tool for issuing digital certificates.
The digital tool for certification, prepared by the European Commission, under the Europass Digital Credentials Infrastructure (EDCI), offers a secure, standardized way to issue digital certificates that validate learning outcomes from various learning experiences.
Micro-credentials certify the learning outcomes of short-term learning experiences, for example, a short course or training. They offer a flexible, targeted way to help people develop the knowledge, skills and competences they need for their personal and professional development.
