Overcoming Digital Barriers Together
The project “Overcoming Digital Barriers Together” aims to enhance the digital skills of older adults by fostering collaboration between youth and seniors in Vilnius and Trakai municipalities. The project will empower young people to teach older generations about information and media literacy, promoting intergenerational exchange and volunteerism. The initiative will include group training sessions, youth mentorship, and joint events designed to strengthen the digital competencies of seniors. Key activities include the purchase of computer equipment for group workshops, training for youth volunteers, and organizing six joint events, culminating in a final conference, “Overcoming Digital Barriers Together.” Through these efforts, the project hopes to bridge the digital divide, creating a more inclusive digital future for all generations.
