Espacios Digitalex – Digital Competences Centres in Extremadura

Espacios Digitalex – Digital Competences Centres in Extremadura is a digital skills training programme funded by the Regional Government of Extremadura – Ministry of Economy, Employment and Digital Transformation – through the Extremadura Public Employment Service (SEXPE), managed by the Extremadura Folk-high-school Association (AUPEX). Through non-formal education and a process of motivation and participation, we have been training and raising awareness among Extremaduran citizens over the age of 16 in the safe, critical, creative and healthy use of technologies for more than 25 years. Through sessions, practical workshops or individualised attention, we work in different training areas related to technologies to improve employability, based on the European Framework of Digital Competences (DigComp).
