Basiswissen für Smartphone und Tablet: Kommunikation
This workshop introduces the communication options offered by smartphones and tablets – phone calls, text messages, emails and messenger services (such as WhatsApp, Signal, etc.). The possible uses of these services are compared and the respective requirements for use are shown. We explain what costs these communication options can entail and what to look out for in terms of data protection and privacy. We will also work out which communication option should be used when: e.g. sending photos, sending a form or communicating with a doctor. One of the aims of the workshop is not only to respond appropriately to communication, but also to participate actively and competently in the digital world.
