Digital Fit im Alter
Our workshop consists of three consecutive teaching units (TU), which are designed according to the principle “from the simple to the complex”. After a welcome and introduction to the aims of the workshop, we start with the basics and the operation of your devices, including the individual adjustment of settings, in the first unit. In the second unit, we will delve deeper into digital communication. You will learn how to use WhatsApp, send and receive messages and protect your privacy. You will also learn how to set up and manage email accounts. In the third unit, we will focus on safe surfing on the internet. You will learn how to recognize trustworthy websites, create secure passwords and protect yourself from online fraud and phishing.
