The SMart Innovative Learning for Employment (SMILE) project, selected and supported by the Fondo per la Repubblica Digitale – Impresa Sociale (Prospettive call), aims to help unemployed individuals aged 34-50 re-enter the job market by strengthening their digital skills and enhancing their previous professional experience. Participation is free of charge.
This course provides essential knowledge in digital marketing, covering key concepts such as online brand positioning, audience engagement strategies, and data-driven decision-making. Special focus is given to the role of generative AI in optimizing content creation, campaign automation, and customer interactions.
Participants will benefit from an innovative training approach that fosters the learning to learn competence, encouraging self-directed learning in line with labor market trends. The course is supported by expert trainers and an interactive Smart Learning Community, based on the Smart Learning Design™ methodology developed by Politecnico di Milano
