E-Government for Everyone: Simple, Safe, and Easy to Understand
This workshop uses plain language and playful methods to make digital government services accessible to people with cognitive disabilities, limited German skills, or little formal education.
Participants learn how to register their digital identity, use e-government services, provide electronic signatures, and understand data protection principles. Through hands-on activities and the LifeDesign method, they are empowered to navigate digital public services safely and independently.
The workshop creates an inclusive environment and promotes digital participation for all citizens.
