The workshop begins with a short and easy-to-understand introduction to the basics of artificial intelligence. You’ll learn what AI is, how it works, and where it already plays a role in our everyday lives. These theoretical foundations set the stage for the exciting hands-on activities that follow.
In small intergenerational teams, young and old work together to immediately apply what they’ve learned. You’ll create creative video filters and train your own AI model to explore where AI might show bias—and what role we as humans play in shaping it.
By combining theory and practice, this workshop offers a comprehensive introduction to programming and artificial intelligence. No prior knowledge is required, and it’s open to all curious minds from ages 11 to 99.
