The SMart Innovative Learning for Employment (SMILE) project, selected and supported by the Fondo per la Repubblica Digitale – Impresa Sociale (Prospettive call), is designed to help unemployed individuals aged 34-50 re-enter the job market by developing and strengthening their digital skills. Participation is free of charge.
This course provides hands-on training in graphic design, covering essential tools and techniques for creating visually compelling content. Participants will explore UI/UX prototyping in Figma, learning how to design user-friendly interfaces, while mastering advanced photo editing skills in Photopea for professional image enhancement.
The training follows an innovative educational approach that fosters the learning to learn competence, empowering participants to continuously update their skills in line with industry demands. The course is supported by expert trainers and an interactive Smart Learning Community, leveraging the Smart Learning Design™ methodology developed by Politecnico di Milano.
