Partnering for Impact: How Collaboration Drives Digital Inclusion
Digital exclusion remains one of the most persistent barriers to opportunity in the UK. It limits access to education, employment, healthcare, and connection – shaping life chances in ways that are both immediate and long-term. In a society built on digital infrastructure, to be offline is to be at a disadvantage.
These challenges are widely recognised. What is less often explored is what actually works – not in theory, not in pilot, but in delivery. In the day-to-day realities of implementation, where progress is measured not by intention but by outcomes.
As a National Coordinator for All Digital Weeks 2025, the Digital Poverty Alliance (DPA) invites you to a conversation about what effective cross-sector collaboration looks like in practice – and how it is already helping to reach those most at risk of being left behind.
The session will offer insight into:
- How digital exclusion continues to restrict access to opportunity – and why meaningful progress depends on long-term, coordinated action
- What Tech4Families has revealed about the potential of partnership-led delivery, and how it can be applied in other contexts
- The distinct roles of business and charity – and how aligning their strengths can drive greater impact
- Lessons from implementation – including what has worked, what has shifted, and what we are learning in real time
This session is for those focused on outcomes – and for those who understand that complex problems are best addressed together.
