The Role of AI in Educating Citizens

The progress of science and technology over the past few decades has been too rapid for the consumer population to spontaneously form an informed opinion on the relevant aspects of each technological achievement. One such advancement is the application of nanotechnology in everyday products. Some scientific and technological solutions, such as genetically modified food, have gained a negative connotation in society, primarily due to a lack of awareness about their benefits and potential hazards.

The goal of our program is to highlight, through a panel discussion, how AI can assist in understanding the advantages of nanotechnology.
